I need a new appliance package for a rental home, moderately priced middle of the road, nothing fancy.
I have it narrowed down to Whirlpool or GE. What’s the thoughts of the H&G crowd?

I would go Whirlpool. I have been told by a friend who maintenances appliances that Whirlpool and Kitchenaid are a couple of the most reliable.

My experience with Whirlpool has also been that they're reliable and easy to DIY repair.

Whirlpool and not even close. GE is all Haier nowadays.

GE isn't GE anymore. So I would go for not GE.
