My front lawn is a mixture of Bermuda and (mostly) St Augustine. I recently removed a shrub bed from a side yard and want to go back with some sod. What is the best (fastest growing/most hardy)? I'm getting the house ready to sell next year. The area gets a decent amount of sun.

Bermuda is the obvious choice for your description and area.

I live in Madison and my centipede doesn’t do worth shite. My neighbor has st Augustine, which grows a lot better.

I had centipede at my last house, I hate it, will never do it again.
