That's a great job, man, I read those words "doctor took me off Metformin" and I'm probably as excited as you were when you heard that. I'm TD2 and all I take is 1000mg/day of Metformin, but lately I been doing it all wrong with my diet. I felt horrible, looked horrible, it was baaaad. This inspires me, this morning I just finished a 48hr fast to clear my head and force a reset with my dietary habits, and it's encouraging to read about real people having success with changing their lifestyle and getting these kinds of results. You should feel great. I hope I can do something similar.
