I have no recommendations for you because I make my own, which would be my recommendation. Ive never tried any others besides the one I give my dog ... but now he eats mine

So if I want to take a gummy at night for sleep and anxiety do I just go into a CBD store tell them what I want it for and thats it?

I have only online ordered and stick to CBD MD, Pure Spectrum, and Crescent Canna out of New Orleans (most recently D8 gummies due to BOGO free deal).

I take in moderation on an as-needed basis and find it does help one I do.

The folks talking about it helping with anxiety are having placebo effect as it has zero ability to help with anxiety

The first couple weeks it was very faint but I could tell it eased my thinking a bit. Almost like a cigarette. But once you got tolerated to it it did nothing.
