Water soluble is taken orally and the tincture is rubbed on the skin? Any benefit to one over the other?

Yeah I find it took a week or so before it really made a difference.

Mine is tincture (I’m pretty sure) and it’s taken orally.

Mine as well, water soluble is for folks without a gallbladder.

I ended up picking up some of the tincture (mint) , gonna give it a few days to see if I notice anything.

There is a place on Essen in front of Ichiban where I bought my most recent. CBDMd brand, not sure what the name of his shop is.

They need the anti-inflammatory effect because they get beat up all the time. Also helps the anxiety of said beating.

May have had an impact on my tendinitis. It's only been two days. Will continue and see if it helps. Nothing else does......

Just made a fresh batch this morning. I added the coconut oil pictured to the CBD bud/water and low cooked it for 7 hrs. Will let it sit overnight and I’m gonna separate/strain and put it into capsules tomorrow.
I use it for anxiety and take some before and during work because it’s a physical job. Also make pain rub with it
Most people who use my oil use it to help with sleep, or some type of pain. Headaches, arthritis, inflammation. My friends dad takes it for his Parkinson’s. For those of you in physical pain that’s more muscle/on the surface - the pain rub I make with thc and CBD works magic, and doesn’t pop on a piss test.
I love CBD oil and I use it a lot, but as far as physical pain goes I find the thc pain rub to really work wonders fwiw to those who have a physical job or work out a lot and are looking for something natural to try.
Perks of living in PNW. I still need to get the oil tested for potency.

So I've done a lot of research on this as I have to pass randoms also. CDB even full spectrum with the minute amount of THC is federally legal now. Most random tests are just not sensitive enough to pick it up. You have to ingest huge amounts to pop hot. My company uses DISA testing labs which is a global database a lot of company are using because it tracks testing history. They have a write up about it.

Short answer if it's legit tested with less than .03 like it's supposed to be you should be alright.
The Isolate which has zero THC really isn't near as effective for anxiety as the full spectrum. I have taken it three days before testing and passed. I don't do it anymore because of the price. Just not enough bang for the buck really but that is just my opinion.

I’m thinking of getting some CBD. A few questions
1. How do you log the calories? One tablespoon has 120 calories
2. What form should I buy first? Gummies, pills, oil, etc
3. People say this helps with sleep. I have a horrible time sleeping so my question is how does this help you sleep when most people on here say they take it in the morning or through the day. Wouldn’t it make you drowsy?

Not drowsy really it just eliminates that process where mind is going 90 to nothing right before bed and will cause you to take longer to fall asleep. It's has a relaxing effect not a drowsy one.

I googled it and found an ongoing reddit thread where users did extensive testing and research on a bunch of companies even including test results. I don't want to link it because I don't know the rules of the board linking other sites like that. I would start there it's got extensive information on the product and legit tested companies that are safe to use.
