Over 50. Vitamin D, and doctor's cocktail to regulate the more serious ailments.

49 here. For general health, wellness, optimizing test, I take 5000 ius D3, as well as Zn and Mg.

For free test I take 9mg boron daily

For fitness/workouts I take 5g creatine and a pre workout that has citrulline malate (9g) and beta alanine (4.5g). If I'm doing fasted cardio in am I do it with BCAAs; if I'm lifting in morning or lunch I take caffeine with the pre-workout.

Before any supps, I'd suggest getting your bloodwork done if you haven't already. Address the results. Get your test levels checked for sure at 40+. Boosting my T levels have been a gamechanger is many areas.

Yeah i have no clue what my bloodwork would look like. never taken any supplements beyond occasional protein powder. assume general fitness would be considered good being that I'm a sub 3hr marathon runner but things aren't getting any easier at this age

45 year old. 5'8", 175 lb. I take 100mg of Test cypionate weekly and it's been a game changer. I've dabbled in peptides, mainly mk-677, but the test itself has made the biggest impact.

Almost 42, take a multivitamin daily, BCAA powder daily, and Optimum Nutrition protein shake after workouts, typically 4-5 days a week. Turmeric Curcumin daily for anti-inflammatory. Someone here posted about that a while back and I was dealing with PT for a slight bulging disc at the time and figured why not. Seems to help. I'm not reaching for Advil or Aleve quite as often for back pain. I'm sure most of that is continuing to do some stretches and exercises from PT a few days a week as maintenance.

That is a cheat code

But yes, getting your T levels up to 20 year old levels is a miracle worker
