Is it open?

Someone told me BREC purchased them??

Title Edited by Admin. Is it really so hard to make the title understandable without having to click on the thread?

Not open yet, greens redone. BREC does not run it.

First if was April, then June, then August and now September? And still hopefully? Quit trying to predict it and just open it when it is ready. I'm ready for CM to be open so that I can get my regular tee time back at BC.

It was never April or June. I don't think it closed until late February from what I remember. I initially heard late August, but though that was aggressive. I know the cold winter delayed the sprigs that were growing in Georgia that they used to plant.

Better to do it right than to do it fast.

I admit April was an exaggeration, but I heard from the members that now play BC that they were told June or July to begin with and then August and now apparently September. The CM members sign up for BREC memberships in three month increments so they are always up to date of things at CM.

Agree 100%. Just frustrating that I can't get my normal tee times at BC for the time being and what looks like the entire summer now.

Copper has had 4.3 inches of rain since the remodel started. Just yesterday I left Beaver and it was pouring rain. I get to Copper to check things out and no rain.

Copper Mill is now being managed by Russ Bloom out of the MS Gulf Coast and he’ll do a great job. He also manages Hattiesburg CC, Heron Lake in Mobile and owns The Oaks in Pass Christian, MS.

This is great news. Russ is good at what he does!

That is great news. Hopefully it comes around after the renovation. My favorite layout around the BR area.
