Made fresh pasta and doctored up a jar of Michael's of Brooklyn Home Style Gravy with an onion, spicy Italian sausage and a big spoonful of crushed Calabrian chilis. Roasted some broccoli for a side.

Wife requested Walk Ons today for lunch so that’s where we went… had some cheese fries and black jack chicken sandwich. Still full. That makes easy work for my one meal a day.

Picked up some fried chicken at Winn Dixie... It has always been good.. Well seasoned and good amount of crispy crust... It was neither of these today... What a let down.

My wife said she wanted pork chops and creamed corn for Mother’s Day. Grilled pork chops, made mashed potatoes, gravy, creamed corn, Mac & cheese, salad and rolls. Didn’t tell her I got the chops on sale for $1.69 a lb. Fed my bartender. :)
