I made a shrimp fettuccine for dinner this evening. This is a kind of quick cook meal that taste like it took longer to cook.

Shrimp cooked and set aside.

A little fast forward and it was done!

Time to eat! Served with honey buttered carrots warmed and buttered St. Joseph bread.

Hard to beat the addition of fresh grated Parmesan cheese and fresh cracked black pepper!

1 1/2 dozen plump and salty oysters.

As good as we’ve had in a long time.

Threw a brisket on this early this morning. Could have gone a bit longer but folks were hungry. Not my best but we’re fed. Fed my bartender. :)
