Smoked a couple butts, sautéed zucchini, roasted carrots, green beans and potatoes. Homemade strawberry ice cream for dessert.

My buddy that went to Jazz Fest was unsuccessful in finding muffaletta bread for me so I made my own. It didn't turn out all that well, but since it has $20 worth of meat and cheese on it, I'm going eat it.

One of my best friends is the OC for Cinco Ranch High.
I've never been to the one in Cinco, looks like the same menu. Might get my buddy the coach to meet me there.
