What are you guys cooking today? I have ribs on the smoker at the moment. Throwing some wings and stuffed peppers on later. Wife is making a couple of dips. You would think we’re having a party but no one is coming over lol.
I don’t care much about this years matchup so I agreed to let the kids watch the Nickelodeon version. This should be interesting. At least the food will be good!

One red sauce, pepperoni, salami, peppers & olives. A complete failure of the dough transfer to the pizza stone. Think the sauce was too watery.
Second garlic white sauce with Italian sausage, portobello, caramelized onion and arugula. Much better result.

Cooked a pork roast, big white Lima beans, rice, gravy, mashed potatoes, green peas, rolls and made cole slaw. Family is fed. My bartender is being fed by the Super Bowl cooks. :)
