In 1993, a #3 Quarter Pounder w Cheese meal was $3.25. I remember because I always kept quarters in my car for that reason.

You seen the cost of a 12-pack of that stuff in the store lately? That's what grinds my gears. I'm about to have to switch from soda to beer.

Fast food prices are officially ridiculous. 100% believe there's a correlation between the rising fast food prices and the rising Credit Card debt in this country.

The demographic that eats fast food multiple times a week are the ones most likely to throw it on a credit card and drive themselves broke.

C'mon man! Stop drinking the high fructose corn syrup. It is terrible for you. Drink some water.

Back when all the Taco Bell items were 69 cents, 4 of them came out to $3.00 after tax in Metairie. Now that same order is like $9

its because prices there are all based on the free colon evacuations that come with every meal.

My wife and I had Wendy's the other day. We were on a short road trip and it was what was close. 2 son of baconaters and 2 small fries (no drinks) - $19.

Still cheaper than buying groceries. I’m not saying it’s by any means healthier than eating at home and cooking your own food but restaurants have good specials and happy hour options that simply are cheaper than walking out of the grocery store with 3 grocery bags that cost $85.

Or it could just be the rising cost of literally everything

I agree that this is ridiculous, but…

for $2.51 more you can get the drink, a taco, a big beef & cheese burrito, and cinnamon churros.

Those $5 box combos are atill a good deal

2 Wendy’s biggie bags
Or
2 McDonald’s Big Mac meals
Or
6 tacos

all around $10/15 for a single meal for 2.

You can get a 3lb pork shoulder and a sack of rice for $10/15 and feed a family of 4 for a week. For an extra couple dollars you can throw in some veggies or lettuce and have a nutritious well rounded meal at home for your family for a week instead of a single empty meal of the lowest possible food quality.

It’s most certainly not cheaper to eat fast food. Easier? Yes. But much more expensive and unhealthy.

Was in Sacramento last week for work, stopped by Arbys to try their brisket sandwhich combo. 19 dollars and it wasn't worth a damn

It’s always been that way. You order a large they give you an entire box of fries, but order a small and you get this pocket sized bag with 10 in them!
