Doing some feta fries for the wife for Mother's Day. Not sure how many pounds of potatoes I should get. It will be 6 adults and one child. I was thinking 3 pounds since its just an app/side dish. Does that sound about right?

You should be fine with 1 potato / person if you want to include other sides.
