Freshwater- white perch
Saltwater- speckled trout

Grilled:
Red snapper

Raw:
Bluefin

From the Gulf of Mexico-----Grouper, followed by tuna


Pretty similar but I would sub in a fried spec for catfish. Not that I don't luv me some fried catfish.
