im looking for a good corn fritter recipe
who has one that the whole family would love?
i have seen a few different ones online but nothing that stands out

Sorry, no measurements. From the Corn cooking challenge page. Fresh corn and some cob "milk" make a huge difference.
Start making the Fritters by mixing together flour, parsley, and spices. Fold in the egg, butter,corn, and chopped candied jalapenos.
Form into a ball or patty and fry at 350 until brown.
