New Nashville hot chicken place that just opened up on Staring.

- Tenders are big like the Canes of old. Tasted fresh and got the HOT spice on them, just lacked like an exact flavor. Tasted like spicy fried chicken, but missing salt and garlic powder almost. Dipping sauce was pretty good.

- Fries were excellent. Seasoning powder and salt were great. No complaints.

- Mac & cheese is a skip. Wanted it to be good, but I'm not sure how you manage a wet sauce but the pasta be dry and chewy. No for me.

Place just opened so I'll let them get their feet and try again.

I had the chicken sandwich and it was very good.

You are right the boneless wings are very large. The little sauce that comes with them are good as well.

I did not like the fries. They are just large crinkle cut. The ones with my sandwich were overcooked. Edit: I’ve eaten there a second time. The fries were fine this time. Nothing special, just large crinkle cut. But they weren’t overcooked.

The “loaded fries” are also a skip. It’s a chicken strip cut up ok fries with liquid cheese and the dipping sauce.

Tried it for lunch. Sandwich was good and the tenders really stood out. Got the medium for both. Can easily make 2 meals out of the 4 piece tender meal. The tenders are about 3x larger than Cane's for comparison.

Eta: more importantly than portion/value the chicken was very good.
