Will be in NOLA next week for one night (from Alabama). Recommendations for liquor store with best bourbon selection?

Dorignacs (Metairie)
Elios
Total Wine (not a fan)
Rickys (Kenner)
Zuppardos (Metairie)
Martins Wine Cellar

Probably in that order. All have decent selection but chances of finding something allocated is rare.

This and Martin’s are your best bets.

It’s great if you appreciate a curated selection. Don’t go in thinking they will have anything you want, though.

You can hit Brady’s around the block, if you need that.

Elios and Martin Wine then. They are reasonably close to each other.

Besides Elio's and Martin's, you could also check out Prytania Wine and Spirits at the corner of Prytania and Arabella.

Breaux mart has a few solid store picks on magazine street.

Otherwise Dorignacs, zuppardos, river ridge discount, total wine are not too far out.,
