She should be acquitted based on the evidence provided at this point. Big thing at the end of today was the judge putting in the jury instructions you may acquit if you believe taser use was warranted.

Prosecution has been pretty shite and has been mostly fluff. But they did a decent job on cross with the defense “use of force” expert, who has been the best witness thus far in this case.

I believe there's just 2 real witnesses left (I don't consider character witnesses "real" witnesses)

The slip & capture expert & Kim Potter herself

Defense could rest its case as soon as today... then we'll see if the prosecution has any rebuttal stuff to present before we get to closing and then jury deliberations

Prosecution really had no case... esp. when your main fact witnesses (the 2 officers on the scene at the time) believe she did the right thing and was completely justified

Plus the former chief saying on the stand that basically yes this case is purely political
