That's the thing. The previous model was almost completely yellow. I can understand the grip being pistol like for ease of use and aiming but with it not being fully yellow is insane to me.

It must be something about being able to conceal yourself if necessary I would assume.

What a disingenuous question... "you're not allowed to shoot someone for a gross misdemeanor, right?"

ETA: obviously was objected to which was sustained

This prosecutor comes off very unlikeable and like a total bitch. She is losing this cross.

She was like this during Chauvin as well. At least the Chauvin case had some sort of facts to go with the case. This one is almost purely emotional and political.

FWIW... I don't think getting Potter to cry while looking at the shooting video is a good thing for the prosecution

Man, prosecutor is a B and I’d imagine throwing the case away. Much better ways to go about getting her point across.

I don’t see how this is sitting well with the jury.

Don’t know if that was the best move. Now she seems more sympathetic. The state has to prove recklessness.

The state went way too hard at her. I think it's clear to everyone but the most ardent anti-police activists that she made a mistake and did not intend to shoot him with her gun. I don't even disagree that there should be consequences for what she did but prison? I'm not sure I agree with that.

Sounds like testimony is done for the day

Spend the rest of the day talking about jury instructions and then closing arguments on Monday?

She won't go to prison.

It's was an accident.

Not to mention, she's suffered enough.

I don’t see how any sane person can watch that video and think she meant to shoot him. I don’t know what we’re doing here?
