Any recommendations for firewood delivered in Lafayette? You would think that there would be an abundance after all of the storms recently, but I am having a hard time finding some for a decent price. TIA

Place on the thruway, just north of Pinhook always has wood. Not sure if they deliver, but will fill your truck bed for $150

I paid $80 for a half cord delivered last year. Super nice guy and women brought it and stacked it.

This is not the deal I thought. You said $80 for a half cord. The facebook post is $160 for a full rick so I assume you got a half rick for $80 which is 1/3 of a half cord.

Guy I use is $150 for a full rick delivered and stacked. He is hard to get a hold of so figured Id snag the deal you post but sounds like same deal.

Sorry, I am not up to date on my firewood measurement lingo. I think it was 4x4 stacked.

All good. When you said $80 for a half cord I was shocked and ready to switch to that guy next year lol. For your information: Cord = 4' x 4' x 8'; Rick = 4' x 8' x 16". Rick can also be called a face cord I believe. It took a while for me to catch the lingo as well because its not consistent.
