When will this Presidents and AD's Learn? These Contracts are terrible for the schools. And Great for a Hope and Dream coach, who can retire after FAILING on the JOB.
A Buyout needs not hand cuff the university to the Coach who needs to be let go.

it's time to wake up to reality, as a Fan , Im tired of Paying for Mistakes made by AD's and Presidents of these schools. Keep a level head, don't be foolish with all the money your responsible for.
