Do you understand that they can both have issues? The fact that GP was abusive and had mental issues does not mean that BL didn’t. You’re comprehension here is struggling big time.

absolutely.

which of those issues excuses him leaving her alone/hurt or dead on the other side of the country & taking her vehicle & food and not telling anyone for 2 weeks.

i'll wait.

They may not be privy to issues she had going on especially if those were related to or caused by her relationship. Lots of parents don’t know how relationships of their kids actually go in reality. Especially if a lot of what they see is glorified good things on social media.

the fact that the conversations with her mother indicated the relationship was headed south are interesting.

That's no secret.

Maybe not but it does make you wonder what other details that she may have told her mother that haven't been release yet.

I don't think whether or not she had some mental issues is in question, however 90% of 22 yr old girls that say they have OCD don't know WTF OCD really is.

Yep. We have no idea in that regard.

-We don't know what she told her parents.

-We don't know what he told his parents.

-Neither set of parents know if what their child told them is true.

This is also very possible. But some posters are hard and fast black and white and will not admit that she had issues and was abusive.

And these two both seem toxic.

True, but only one of them is dead (that we know of.) I keep going back to the Chris Watts case. Guy in Colorado whose wife was obviously extremely overbearing and he seemed to just smile and go along with what she wanted, as documented on all her videos. That is, until he wanted out and instead of leaving the relationship like a non-psychopath, he kills her and their two kids and stuffs them in some kind of industrial drum. Then he just goes about his day like nothing happened, and acted all calm and friendly when the cops were investigating the disappearances. Sort of like how BL acted in the bodycam video.

When 22 year old girls say they "have OCD" they don't mean they actually have clinical Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. They mean they are neat and like things in order.

She was obviously using it in the colloquial sense.

People that legitimately have actual OCD have issues that go well, well beyond that. It can be totally debilitating.

True. Doesn’t mean she didn’t do the same.

Again. They were both toxic for each other it seems and both played a part in each other’s mental issues.

I would tend to side with the officers who handled the stop. I'm not saying police are perfect but they deal with shite like this on a daily basis and base their judgment on that and information from witnesses.

It's easy to sit back after the fact and make decisions.

These are very basic knowledge level facts of the case. Please read the many other pages of theories, I promise you won’t have been the first to bring it up. Especially since you haven’t been following the case.

Right but we do know that the police asked Gabby's family not to comment on their relationship. What info did they not want released yet?

I totally agree. It just didn't seem right to lump everyone that's defending her in as someone that's crushing on her or something.

Just rewatching 10 or 15 minutes of that footage from Utah last night left me very open to the possibility that this guy is controlling and very manipulative.

I don’t know man. We don’t know what happened so we can’t say what you just stated is fact.

Could have been advised by his attorney to do all the things that he did.

i thought it was utah law that the cops couldn't get around.

i watched until they were calling seek haven trying to get the dude a free room so she didn't have to go to jail cause they had to be separated until he had to sign the waiver next day.

I'm definitely not faulting them, or trying to imply that they had bad judgement, because on the surface, she admitted to slapping him, and jerking the steering wheel, and he was the calm one.
