Just finished day 3 of Periodic Table of Thickness. I never truly knew what he meant by “density protocol” until I ran this program. Wow, it is a lot but I can’t say I’m not enjoying it and I certainly plan to finish.
Finished Arm Farm last month, which I loved, but wanted to get a more full-body based plan in between that and Hoodie next.

I am thankful I found these workouts though. I am much better with strict direction than I am at making a plan.
