Seems to me you have got it figured out! Your numbers are trending in the right direction. That vacation break will feel nice, I'm sure. But if you're anything like me, you'll be ready to get back to it once you get home.

Thanks! I’m going to ride this into the summer and then reevaluate. I’m already hitting the wall in my LP on the presses so thinking of switching to the reverse pyramid from the other thread. Getting one more rep in the AMRAP is becoming a struggle.

Also, anyone with access to a sled I highly recommend. I do 5-7 slow laps (10 yd pull, 10 yd push) with one plate on lifting days to warm up and on non lifting days hit it hard after walking - 10 to 12 laps as fast as I can go with two plates. Hands on knees, sweating, feel like I’m going to die. My left knee used to be a problem and is now solid.

I’ll probably cut that from Thursdays first.

That SMM bro!!!! Hell yeah! And 13.7 BFP is legit at 200lbs! Good shite! Leanest I’ve ever been was 13.3 about two and a half years ago, the post is in this thread somewhere, but I wasn’t mad at the 14.3 today.

I’ve always hovered around 50% in SMM.

If I ever decided to clean up the diet for several months, I’d get down to 10% or better.
