I thought so too. But a year ago I took my son to the one in Baton Rouge and our steaks were BOTH chewy as frick and we ordered medium. They weren't overdone they were just chewy. Coulda been a one-off on the sirloins in that delivery.
Outback out here in Gonzales is pretty consistent and the best restaurant value when you want a steak and sides for under $20.
