I just dont understand all Buddha's sheep on here. He fits clubs based on what he will benefit most from and I have seen him put multiple people in clubs that make no sense for them. Last time I went there he was having a tiff with PXG.

That’s literally the exact knock on CC. They have an agenda in fitting. Other than shafts Budda didn’t push anything on me. He legit said “order whatever irons you want”. He showed me the numbers and let me choose.

How would you know did you see the stats from the fitting? I went in really wanting the TM 790’s and ended up with Srixon 565’s which I never would have considered and love them a couple of years later. I’ve been through a Club Champion fitting also and they are way pushier on the sale

He also offered about 3 different shaft choices with different prices and characteristics to consider as well

Are you illiterate? Most posts explain exactly why he’s the better choice. Or do think everyone is lying? This looks like you’re the one with the agenda. Either you dislike him for some personal reason or you work for/shill for club champion... which is still personal on some level.

ETA: I’ve been fit by Buddha twice. Irons and then driver. I’ve gone back a couple times to check lofts and lies and to maybe even see if something else could beat what he fit me for. It took him 20-30 minutes and he said nothing needs changing at all and then wouldn’t let me pay him because I was a returning customer and he said he didn’t do any “work.” How the hell is that benefitting him other than doing his job well and keeping me loyal?

Consider me a sheep then. I had a fantastic experience with Buddha on 2 occasions. First was getting fitted for full bag (minus putter) in 11/19. He could have easily sold me on nicer shafts but suggested I stay within what Mizuno offered for free (Mizuno has incredible free upgrades BTW). I went back a few months ago for a putter fitting (which he did not charge me for, not sure why) and got me into a Bettinardi with a slant neck.

I recommend him 100% and routinely refer friends and family to him as well.

Me and 3 of my golf friends all got irons from him within a 2 month span. All 4 got different brand irons and shafts

Agreed why all the love for
Budah makes as much sense as a lifetime contract for Jim harbaugh. Club champion has way way way way more shaft options
