He is a number 1 corner playing number 2 only because of Sting.

So you don’t think Eli Ricks is a starting CB???????

No he is #1. Stingley will be hurt at least half the season.

Why do you have freshman this year and incoming freshman both listed as FR? Everyone this year should be one grade higher.

Why would anyone down vote a potential starting line up for 2021? I swear some of you are just destined to be miserable!

Probably aTm fans. They were hoping 18 starters would leave so they could squeak out another W vs LSU next year.

You’re smoking crack if you think Evans will be above McGlothern on the depth chart.

I like Lee in the flex spot. I'm hoping he can have similar success as McMath.

He listed this year's freshmen as still being freshmen in 2021 because they still will be classified as freshmen. It's also why he listed the number of years each person has been in school, to distinguish the 2nd year freshmen from the incoming freshmen.

3 thoughts.

1. Linebacker will once again be the teams biggest weakness.

2. Safety could remain a weak spot, I really really hope at least one (if not both) of Sage Ryan and Derrick Davis Jr. are good enough to play immediately. Our best case scenario is that they’re both studs, and Davis puts on 10-15 lbs this summer to play SS, which I think is his better fit anyways.

3. We’ve already got sure got the interior of the o-line coming back, if we keep Deculus and 1 of Rosenthal / Wire then we’re returning a lot of experience on the o-line. Could become a major strength for this team, and would really allow TDP / Emery to shine.

4. Geaux Tigers

I hate to think Harris is starting again after this season.

Halfway thru the season I was thinking the same thing. His play improved a lot though in the last few games. He was also slow to respond to injury rehab. I'm guessing covid had an affect on that. Hopefully he can return to his pre-injury self this year.

I like Storz I seen his tackle on special teams we got something here props to him . He did better then 31.
You need safety with speed, intelligence and desire . 4&14 I don’t think so .

However, I would say Koy Moore and Jaray Jenkins are both going to see more PT than Trey Palmer. I could be wrong, and his speed is legit, but Moore and Jenkins have shown more as true receivers.
.is that the slot position? If it is, it's Moore or Jenkins, but if that's the #2, I could see Palmer starting as they would like to have that speed on the field.

If we do get Freeman, I actually think it'll be a strength. He is a LB guy through and through.

I can see Ryan starting at free safety early in the season. Don't know when, but would highly expect it. Davis will be up to weight, but I think he takes a little more time to become "the guy". I'm actually expecting a veteran to hold that spot for one more year.

I fully expect Rosenthal to return and Deculus to enter the draft. Regardless, I also expect both lines to be the strength of the team. DL is going to be nasty and the OL will show improvement enough to finally get back on track with running the ball.
