I am looking to plant pecan trees on 2 acres of land. How many trees am I able to plant on 2 acres?

You could go as tight as 20’ which is about 100/acre and then cut them down as they start to crowd or start off at 60’ which is 12/acre and have a very reduced output for the first several years

Plant in rows. 40 ft X 40 ft apart from tree to tree(1600 sq ft). 2 acres is 87,120 sq ft. So 87,120/1600 = 54 trees.

30 trees. You will loose some over time. Start getting 5 gallon buckets for watering the trees. You drill a 1/4" hole at the side bottom. Put next to tree and fill with water. Also look at one of those 150 gallon totes. Rig a 12V pump. Use that to fill the 5 gallon buckets. Doing it that way saves a shite load of time.
