PR party is on the 31st, He posted it on Instagram.

I’m a week behind most of you. Accomplished pennywise on both squat and bench today, feels good.

Looks like a pretty leisurely day tomorrow. Does he usually go easy on us the last week? Seems out of character to me

Solid day for me today. Felt strong on everything. Forearms were burning quicker than yesterday on the carries. Got 4 plus a carry.

Has felt a little too easy. Maybe a sort of deload before the PR party?

The last set of bench yesterday and today I went AMRAP. Maybe I shouldn't have but I was feeling good and 2 reps just weren't scratching the itch.

I spend what seems like the whole 1 minute rest time switching weights around

Am I losing my mind? What are y’all swapping weights around so much for on these workouts? The squats are a gradual build (like usual) but 2.5 min rest. Everything else is 1 minute rest but the same weight every time…?

Yup and he’s 145lbs and only been lifting for a few months.

It’s standard for peaking. Things are getting easier in preparation for the PR party. Anyone adding things because it’s too easy arent going to get the same results on Halloween. Supercompensation

One fewer rep felt significantly easier even with the 2-3% increase in weight on tempo squats today. Good workout even as a copycat :)

I get that. I’ll stick to the program from here on.

Was funny since he was doing 110 and me 200 on the 77% bench today I could load the bar with his weights and then just throw a plate on top of his weights for me. Janky but efficient!

Did I mention that it sucks to be doing the exact same workout two days in a row?

If it make you feel better, the only thing that’s the exact same is the warmup and cardio. Everything else is different percentages and a completely different rep scheme for squats.

*but I get what you mean

I was surprised that instead of being tougher the second go around due to fatigue, it was just a nice smooth workout this time

Day 25 finished. Wasn’t hard except for the warmup.
