Only got 7 at 91%. I could have gotten at least 9 if my normal rack was available though. The one I had to use was just a little too high and I had a near catastrophic incident racking the 4 set which cost me a lot of energy.

ETA: I did 91% because it’s an even 455 which is fewer trips to the weight tree than 450. lol

I got 15 reps at 90% (285). Felt like I could have gotten a few more in.

Cardio kicked my arse. Finished the 6th round as the timer went off.

I usually check the night before and read what we are doing and then as I go. In the moment I read it wrong. I may go eat a pizza in shame…

Dude, halfway through that shite I thought wtf, I guess we are killing the arms. Anyway, chins VS pull-ups and now this. I have a hard time paying attention to details.

I’m a week behind most of y’all due to vacay. I just finished up the 14th’s pressure cooker this morning.

9 rounds on squat @ 285
9 rounds on bench @ 260

Same as you. I am planning on knocking out day 14 this afternoon. I got 11 rounds on the first pressure cooker. Not sure that I'll be able to hit 10 so my training max should stay the same.

I could have, maybe, hit 10 , but my training partner was sucking hind tit today and it slowed me down. Bench was heavy af and there wasn’t any doubts that I was done

Holy cow that tricep cardio went from 0 to 100 real quick. Managed to grab 7 full sets though. Rest of the workout was easy peasey

14 rounds at 315.

6 rounds of cardio. Used 45s for farmers carry and 25s for the curls.

First workout in a real gym in a while. I’m tackling some ancillary stuff like hack squats, leg extensions and hamstring curls.

My knees have felt tight for the last week. No lie, the legs have grown the last 3 weeks.

I'm going to get out there and hit it around 2 or 2:30. Will be excited to shut it down for the weekend. Going to party with some ice packs and Aleve and get ready to start the 4th quarter. I would imagine this next week is going to be tough.
