Yeah, sucks for me that everything seems to be moving west. I'll still benefit from SWA project. As far as I know, phase I is still a go. I stand has a nice income stream coming from SLI as they get those two built and going.

Tell me about it. I own some minerals at basically the midpoint between Lanxess and SWA. Which would fall into Albemarle's territory at least, but I'm like 5 miles too far north for Albemarle. Can only hope for continued expansion.
