Been on the phone holding for over 14 hours in 3-4 hour spurts with chase ultimate rewards trying to cancel my flight to Amsterdam. It leaves in 2 days so getting a little annoyed now that they don't have a call back feature lol. Hopefully United cancels things on their end.

United already announced a no charge change policy for all travel between 03/10 - 04/30, regardless of when you purchased the tickets.

Correct, but since I booked through Chase I have to get ahold of them to cancel it. United won't do anything. I've been on hold with ultimate rewards since 4am this morning. Been doing this for days.
