Just to be clear, do you consider the citizens of the nations that he listed as racist?

Secondly, did he make a post earlier in that thread where he advocated for kicking out all non-whites? It wasn’t in that exchange.

In my opinion, the real snowflakes are the people who are afraid of that situation. The poor souls who never take the opportunity to discuss ideas in a group of people who will very likely respectfully disagree with them. I challenge any of you hyper-opinionated zealots out there to actually sit down with a group of people who disagree with you and be open to having your mind changed.

Odd. He just described the so called snowflakes.

there is no dishonor in being wrong and learning. There is dishonor in willful ignorance

Same thing. He just described my literal boomer generation Dixiecrat grandparents living in an echo chamber.

I don't know if that could be considered ethnic cleansing or not.
I wouldn't call it that.

Why not?

If country A has an ethnic mix of x, y and z and then enacted policies with the explicit goal of changing the ethnic mix to only include x, I don't see how that isn't ethnic cleansing.

Genocide isn't a required condition for ethnic cleansing.

I gave you one for whinging about downvotes.

BSEE, MS, MBA and I didn't use a student loan for any of them.

Sorry you didn't get accepted.

TLDR: "Most of the students in my class are pretty cool and aren't all raging SJWs like you see on youtube."

So you don't think Zimbabwe is an example of ethnic cleansing?

Come on, the discussion was clearly about billionaires. Don’t intentionally conflate that with those who are simply wealthy just to try and backdoor your way into a win.

You’re right that it’s dumb AF to say that billionaires don’t pay any taxes, but it’s also disingenuous AF to suggest that they are paying more than everyone else. Here’s the breakdown for 2018:
quote:

In 2018, billionaires paid 23% of their income in federal, state, and local taxes, while the average American paid 28%.
shite like Warren’s wealth tax is absurd, but getting billionaire tax collections in line with the average American shouldn’t be asking too much.

He doesn't even get the current definition of Snowflakes right. Everything goes downhill after that. So much for that Ivy League edumacation.

HERE is the problem -- in the demented world of the modern day liberal, they are incapable of "respectfully disagree[ing]".

If you do not agree with them on EVERYTHING and pass every liberal purity test then you are RACIST, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, misogynistic, Islamophobic, white supremacist (even if you aren't white), who LITERALLY deserves to suffer the most excruciating death that man can ever devise.

That’s really only the case online and for politicians desperate for soundbites. The vast majority of liberals I actually interact with can respectfully disagree just fine (just as the vast majority of conservatives I interact with do). The internet has just made some of us forget that.

So, what you’re really saying is that you were really a snowflake all along but it took this experience to make you realize that?

Snowflakes are on both sides lol. Indeed, The Orange One is the biggest snowflake out there. Constantly complaining about being treated unfairly, and presidential harassment, and not being treated well. Dude, needs to sack up instead of constantly whining about everything.

That’s the thing...the person on the right is the only one that has any accountability. These crazies on the left can say anything they want, whereas the person on the right will have their life destroyed by these snowflakes.

Hell, this guy doesn’t even know what a snowflake is.
