I think we have 5 spots left if you add 2 decommits.

Gulliory
Moore
Van Pran or Dumerville
Evans or Johnson
Webb or D Harris

Don’t think we get Dumerville but I think we get Evans.

If we really have to come up with a spot I can see Kole Taylor being processed

I don't think it's Taylor and I don't think that anyone gets "processed" we're about to see the pther side of the spectrum where other teams are gonna start telling our recruits that LSU is gonna be over the limit and gonna have to drop a few guys. Trying to scare them into consider flipping from LSU.

I honestly believe we got a secret commit out of Roy just before Guillory said he was going to wait. I don't think he has a spot unless we lose a DL somewhere.

The class needs to filled with several OL plain and simple. Hold a spot for Evans.

My wish list would be:

Van Pran
Dum or another high quality OL
Evans or Clayton or Milton

In order of preference
The next best overall player at a position of need (OL or S)
Guillory if we lose or drop a DL commit
Koy Moore if room opens up
Webb

I see you have Cole Smith still on your depth chart. I thought he entered the transfer portal. Does anyone know what happen with that?

All the insiders have already said players are goin to get processed. It already happened with Cortland Ford. Berry is goin to get processed, Gaye is someone the insiders keep saying is a take but i don’t see why he is,

Gaye should be the odd man out based on his film. Unless he’s made some sort of miraculous leap since last fall, he won’t be a solid contributor in the SEC. I would rather load up on the young pups and develop them over hoping a guy with 2 years of eligibility pans out.

What was the story on the Courtland Ford decommit?

Also... has Anton Harrison been discussed at all? Considering Jarrett is from that area... I remember Ed O mentioning they were still recruiting MD.

Hard to imagine Koy Moore not having a spot.

It will be interesting. We still want Guillory and there is no way we take 10 DTs and only 2 o-line. I hate to say it but I don’t see any way somebody doesn’t get dropped.

Berry is one of the low stars I actually really like. I think he is well above a 3 Star. I would rather others get processed tbh.

It was rumored that he had bad knees or something along those lines. Sounds like another Ed Alexander.

you are correct, and i edited...thank you

which is why i said back in june, that we are near a depth crisis at OL. like i said earlier. i don't know shite, and that is why i caught a downvote or three, but the OLINE is getting thinner, not thicker......especially the interior.

I am sure we will make some spots for o-line guys. I just think it’s disrespectful to suggest who should be dropped. What isn’t disrespectful is saying I don’t want us to drop Berry.

We have several players as good or better than him committed. I think he played around too much.

Anything over what we have right now on DL is over signing. Gaye needs to go. I have no idea WTH that is.

Our OL has been underwhelming or below average for years, and we haven't really signed anyone again this year. We need 3 more quality OL, but I have no idea where they will come from.

Safety is also a position of need and maybe OLB.

Picking up Moore is probably a smart play considering we only signed one true WR last year (something I didn't realize until I looked back at it).

And processing guys isn't just about talent anyways. This is where you have to factor in relationships with coaches, schools, families, etc -- stuff that we likely don't know.
