Eh, multiple ladders come in handy some times. They were great when hanging the kayak lift and ceiling storage shelf.

I cant exactly hold a 2x6 in place above my head and drive in a 4 inch lag bolt by myself.

Wheelbarrow storage is such a pain. I have a 3-car garage, and yet I still find myself shifting the damn wheelbarrow around. I should look for a collapsible wheelbarrow, I'm sure such a thing must exist.

I like the design and would like to do something similar.

If you are willing to share, what type of fitting did you use to join the four leads into a single lead going to the winch?

At work, but I'll give more details and pics tomorrow. But I used a eye swivel . Just happened to have it, you could use something different.

That's where the ceiling joist are running, not perfect for sure. But it's barely noticeable in person.

Unless you have something holding it down, as soon as you turn that pancake compressor on it’s going to find it’s way to the ground.

And I am two doors down, so you could do my kayaks. The two jobs may make it worth it.
