Not that I expect anything but Kuminga is dropping his top 5 soon.

Everyone currently committed has signed. Basically waiting on the decisions from Smart, Watford, Williams, Anselem, and Cisse.

Watford will test the waters but will be back

Williams will test waters and end up playing in Europe and will not be back in LSU uniform

Smart will be smart and isn’t going pro.

Nobody really talking about Josh Gray. 6’11 center. Cut his list down to 5. LSU is in it.

Billy confirmed this morning this guy is a backup plan to Anselem:

24/7 has Anselem CB at 100% for LSU. Any idea from the “experts” when he will committ??

It's a matter of if he will now. UGA is making a strong late push and supposedly he's torn between the 2. Probably waiting for draft declarations to clear up between us and them.

UGA has Rayshaun Hammonds in the draft right now but without an agent so he could pull out, he's a starting big for them, so that could affect his decision. Anselem is from Atlanta area. If Hammonds went pro, Anselem is walking into a starting role at UGA basically.

I bet he's also waiting to see what Williams and Watford really do here. Either way I see Anselem as a redshirt guy or 5-10 minute a game at most guy his first season here, we just will have a ton of depth if just 1 of Williams/Watford return, and Anselem needs a year really.

This has been what I was thinking too, Wade loves to get a few guys he can redshirt, Ez and Anselem look like decent options for this route.

Also I wonder if any of the new guards will reshirt. We only like playing 8/9 guys so there just might not be rotation minutes.

Thomas and Gaines look to be immediate impact players.... both solid PG’s and great from 3. With Skylar gone, it will open up at least one starting role... likely Thomas.

Jalen Cook might be that guy who gets a RS or limited play.

Gaines has skills and athleticism but he needs to hit the weight room and get stronger to live up to his potential.

He physically looks like the perfect RS candidate. Doesn't mean he will.

This is such a good “problem” to have. Can’t wait to see how Wade manages this roster.

1-2 guys will redshirt. I would actually play Ezewiro over Anselem as a freshman in garbage minutes. I just think Anselem really needs a year to bulk up and expand his game a little. He's listed 6'10, 220, but he looks a very slim 6'10 still, a little muscle but not much. Your typical 6'8/6'9 240lb-250lb SEC bigs would make short work of him down low.

Ezewiro while not nearly as skilled or tall, has the size to give you like 5 tough minutes to bang with some big SEC guys.

I saw Anselem play in title game in some tournament back in March and he basically just lives around the rim, doesnt have any shot of any kind, played well in 2nd half but you can see his best basketball is years away still.

In case anyone is interested here's the game I was talking about Anselem playing in:

Anselem in Grind session Title game

Anselem is #13 in gray. Yes he plays on a very good team, Jalen Green #4 going pro, Top 5 player. #25 Burnett almost a 5-star and going to Texas Tech. #33 a 3-star going to Illinois to name a few.

He plays in that video from most of the way out where I linked.

yea other than Thomas I am pumped for this guy, I think he has all the ball skills to really be a stud. but idk if he'll redshirt just because he seems to be a more overall point guard but he needs some meat on them bones
