Just further proof that he's a troll. No one will dispute Simmons talent, but it's pretty clear to everyone that he's a controversial figure as an LSU Tiger.
His next thread about basketball will probably tout Jaime Lloreda's greatness as a teammate.

I was in hurry earlier and couldn't think of a more appropriate word than controversial. But it's more of how he's viewed by LSU fans (some LSU fans) than anything he explicitly did.
Granted, his docuseries didn't help the perception

The number one recruit comes to LSU. He has unbelievable stats. He plays on a team with an average head coach and teammates who are resentful. He shows enough to be the number one player in the draft, then makes rookie of the year in the NBA. Fans who criticized him have criticized Saban, Miles and Orgeron and every player who doesn't fit their idea of perfection.
Yet Simmons is controversial.
