I've read all of them, some of them twice, and enjoyed them as I read them. They have significant flaws though.
The main sport in the series was very clearly designed by someone with no idea how sports work.
The economy in the series was very clearly designed by someone with no idea about economics.

Quidditch is supposed to be silly and outlandish. The rules make little sense; the game can go on indefinitely if the snitch doesn't decide to show up. The books make references to this. It's not supposed to be soccer or football.

What I've found interesting is how most of the wizarding world works for the Ministry. So their government is the basis for almost the entire economy, which is a very European thing to do.

What is the problem with quiddich? Seems hard to "invent" a new sport as it is, add magic and I suppose it's a bit easier.
But, the flaw??
