Possibly. I don't think all markets have all the locals. Mine happens to so I don't need one. I know for sure that some of the other platforms, such as Sling, definitely don't have locals in all markets.

They could stop creating content this second and I could never watch all that's available to me, if I set up camp in front of the tube for the rest of my life.
It's mind-boggling as to how much free content is available on the LG channels and Roku alone.
