So, you go there because it's convenient even though it's inconvenient?

I see your point. Let me put it this way. The service is bad enough to bitch about, but not inconvenient enough to drive to another Popeye's location where I might also have to endure shitty service.

Popeyes would rule the fast food world if they had the Chic-Fil-A level of service. They currently have some of the best food but the obsolete worst service.

I haven't been to that popeyes since I lived down there years ago but I guess not much has changed. It was terrible then too. The on that was in the gas station on Jefferson and corporate was even worse... I guess that's why it doesn't exist anymore.

They always give me really good service, but my girl is Spanish and looks creole as hell. So we good get service.

I will go out of my way to go to the Popeye's on Highland near the interstate. They've never messed up my order and the last couple of times the service was above and beyond. The manager was cleaning tables and talking to each customer to make sure they were satisfied.

There are plenty of people working the fast food industry that halfway care about their job and their customers. Popeye's really seems to target the dumbest, most inconsiderate of them all. It's almost like its a giant troll.

Juanita, at the one by my house, always has a smile for me and my order is ready by the time I get up to the window.

Yeah, well of course the service is better. You have a demographic of Juanitas working at your Popeyes location, and I've got a demographic of Latonyas.

Why would they improve when you continue to go there anyway? They're still getting their money.

And like 3 people in this thread are hungry for Popeye's due to your mentioning it, so congrats, you're helping them too.

Get off your fat arse and go inside to place your order. Chat up the staff and you'll have them eating out of your hand before you know it.

If you want them to prioritize your order in the order in which you placed it, stay at the window - it works wonders. Them, "If you will pull up to the line, we will bring it to you when it is done." You, "Since you didn't do that last time, I'll just stay right here."

That's a great idea.
