One thing this thread is missing is bow types. I just recently bought a used Darton Maverick CP6 on eBay. I hear it's a great starter bow, but I'm not quite sure since it's not a Hoyt or Mathews.

This isn't a general discussion thread on what starter bow you bought, cuz,, it's about stuff that's gone on and events that's already happened. If you want to start a starter bow thread, do it,, but this ain't the thread for it, mister finch.
