that is why you have to have a contract drawn up and notarized with social security numbers, confirmed addresses, telephone numbers, etc. .. about the only truly safe way to do it would be to arrange to meet at the LSU ticket office .. the buyer can confirm with the office that the tickets are indeed legit .. at that point a cash transaction can occur .. or, if it is a check, follow each other over to the bank and cash it ... or just tell the buyer to bring a cashier's check if they can ...
