Costello's testimony and Merchan's (and Bragg's) conduct (spin off of other thread)

Everyone knows what Costello testified to, UNDER OATH, last week.
Bragg knows.
His lieutenants know.
Merchan knows.
The fact that they are doing everything in their power to prevent this jury from hearing it is an intentional fraud on the courts. It violates the law, as well as the applicable ethical rules for lawyers and judges.
Anyone who supports this travesty is an idiot. Anyone with a law license that supports it should turn in their license.

It really is insane how the leftist cult is more concerned with ideology than they are with their future. No way Merchan isn't brought up on an ethics review by the higher courts and removed from the bench.

Blance is arguing for a dismissal now. I know it's routine operation but the idea of wasting time arguing before this Judge for dismissal is laughable. Better chance of rock growing wings and flying away.

I've always basically assumed that when a judge implores jurors NOT to do any internet research on a witness or the facts of a case, that it's basically an invitation for them to do exactly that.

He was specifically assigned to this case (not random assignment). TPTB knew what they were getting.
