All charges dismissed with prejudice. Now, who do we go to to press charges against a tyrannical government that thinks our Constitutional protections are just impediments to their dystopian Statist appetites?

Our “above the fray!’ moderates will be in here to tell you that this never happened and, if it did, your constitutional rights are not as important as Big Pharma’s profits. But, they’re totally not progressives.

Lots of points to make.
One being that only law enforcement would be dumb enough and cowardly enough to send in dogs in such a situation.
It’s professionally codified and reinforced stupidity.
Or worse, and more likely, it just shows how very little they actually care for the safety of “civilians” as they like to call their neighbors.

Per the gym owner in question the K9(s) never came in the gym. K9 units were on the premises, but the dogs stayed in the vehicles.

He will sue the state and win a large sum
State will pay a large sum
Money comes from taxes not politicians pockets
Commie progs get elected via either steal or brainwashed zombies who don’t work
Conservatives will end up paying bulk of payout since they work for a living and pay bigger taxes.
Its fricked up that commies will pay very little of the sum he is going to get even though they installed the commie governor. And no politician will go to jail.
