According to recent surveys, that's not accurate. Michelle finished 6 points behind None of These, per Rasmussen, but the only Dem replacement for Biden who did 20% or better.

The poster I was responding to said invaded by another country or in a Civil War.
The election of 1864 happened in the midst of the Civil War and the election of 1944 happened after the US was invaded by Japan.
In Ukraine they can have great nightlife and our SOS singing on stage in the middle of this "war." Why won't the government hold free and fair elections?

So for starters he said "most". Finding 2 examples to the contrary doesn't mean anything.
But on top of that, your examples still don't really argue against what he was saying. You give an example of a civil war that was winding down. Sherman was literally on his march to the sea at this time. The other example you give was a single attack on our turf and in no way counts as "actively at war on their own turf". A single attack, 3 years prior, is obviously not what the original poster was talking about.

I seen a video just this morning where Michelle put on a ball cap and sunglasses and went to several stores where her book was being sold(really just offered for sale) and not one person recognized her arse.
