Little
Herring
Ackenhausen
Ulloa
Guidry

We just need a 3rd starter to step up and give us a competitive 5-6 innings.

I know people love to shite on Yeskie including myself at times but if we’re being honest the pitching has been improving little by little since the beginning of the Tennessee series.

Why is Little only good for one inning of work?

I think Little is fine to give you 35 pitches but he tends to break down if you extend him further

I really hope Hurds appearance gave him some confidence. Hopefully he's a guy that just needs the big stage to turn it on and he does it again this postseason

Moffett isn't getting the credit he deserves either. The bullpen is starting to become a strength

In his last two appearances that is what the situation called for, but before that he extended twice.

At this point if Hurd can give us a solid 4 innings I'll take it.

If Hurd was a Friday guy like we all thought and Loer was that middle relief guy we thought. This team would be really scary. Jump and Holman have been great.

In a perfect world, Shores, Noot, and Seo would be available.

I wish Ulloa had been used more during some SEC weekends.

To me, there were two many SEC weekends earlier in the year where he wasn't used at all. It seemed CJJ and Yeskie hadn't built trust in him yet.

I would have liked him to have more chances early. But, I'm equally happy he has come on strong with the last few weekends of chances. He got us out of a hell of jam on Saturday with men on 1 and 3rd with no outs.

I figured Shores wasn't going to pitch this year based on what Jay was saying in interviews.

But what is the story with Noot? CJJ said he was a month ahead of Shores and was looking good in bullpens. Then they put Noot in for one inning. He looked rusty, as you would imagine. After that one inning, Noot hasn't seen the mound again.

Where they pressing to get Noot back and pushed him to early? This seems doubtful because CJJ says he is very careful with pitchers. I guess what likely happened is they decided Noot wouldn't be ready to go this season and shut him down. I was expecting him to get more work after that first outing

Ulloa is doing fine, but an ERA in the 2’s is what a reliever should have when he usually doesn’t even pitch whole innings. It’s hard to earn a run when you only get one or two outs.

Mizzou
Auburn
Alabama
TAMU
Ole Miss will do that. This is not a knock on anyone. What’s the record a the rest?

They've been asked to do a lot this year. Holman and Jump have been great but we don't have a starter that's giving us 7 innings every weekend anymore and we aren't jumping out to huge leads against anyone. We're forced to burn our top 2 BP arms nearly every Friday night to secure a win. And then they have to come back and piece together an entire game every Sunday. I don't think there are many bullpens in the country that can perform as well as they have considering the spot we've put them in
