Julian Assange has been granted leave to mount a fresh appeal against his extradition to the US on charges of leaking military secrets and will be able to challenge assurances from American officials on how a trial there would be conducted.

Good.

DJT's biggest failure was not pardoning him and Snowden.

Interesting that a court in Britain is hearing arguments on the applicability of the US first amendment.

Scum.

The Section 215 program was not the only thing he released, by a long shot. He compromised a ton of intelligence assets and communications networks outside of the US that were doing good things.

He got cucked by Rubio, Turtle, and Lindsey after J6. Before that, Gaetz and Rand were lobbying for pardons. Pompeo said no.

I'm willing to listen to arguments about Snowden due to his job/clearance. That said, I know Greenwald said they did everything they could not to jeopardize anyone's safety.

Assange did absolutely nothing wrong, it was journalism 101.

WOTS is that Pompeo warned him off a pardon in the last days of his presidency.

Snowden did, in fact put American lives at risk. So did Assange for that matter

Assange, the rapist and child molester, now seeks justice?

Yeah, it wasn't letting Fauci kill hundreds of thousands in the US and funding everyone and everything that was affected by the business shutdowns, leading to our current inflation and adding trillions to our debt.

It was not pardoning two whistleblowers.

Looks like the US government will have to wait some more before they can torture Assange.

The issues presented were:

- Could Assange receive a fair trial in the US?
- Does imprisonment in a US supermax prison constitute a human rights violation?

The two judges ruled sufficient questions regarding each issue exist enough to meet the threshold for a full appeal of the extradition.

Freedom and Justice won today, authoritarianism lost.

I can think of a many others that were bigger:
- not finishing the wall,
- trusting James Comey,
- not more-quickly and proactively doing what he could to publicly stop the Capital protest in 2021.

This is hilarious coming from someone who's supporting a candidate accused of molesting his daughter. And Assange's "rape" conviction was about not wearing a condom. Seriously, you are proof that we are just as brainwashed as we claim others are.

Why? Because we've been told that by agents of the same national security apparatus who've consistently lied to us and shown us who they are the past 25 years? We're not losing freedoms because of terrorists or Putin or the Chinese. We're losing freedoms because of the nameless, faceless entities that Snowden shed some light on.
