OF course -
Because one day I was walking along smoking a cigarette and when I was done I flipped it out in front of me and it landed on its end and just stayed that way - like it was glued to the sidewalk.
I know such things can happen.
true story - no kidding - not joking - this is for real = it really happened just that way. I wouldn't lie about a thing like that.
My memory has enhanced that to have been a windy day also.
