at what rate does this normally happen sans any major ecological catastrophes like large volcanos or asteroids?


How long did it take to warm up from our last ice age? 10k years? Seems like we might be on a fast-track.

You realize that within recorded history it has been warmer than it is now, right? Ever heard of the Medieval Warm Period?
