There was a freaking sitcom with that name almost a decade before that, I remember it being used a lot after the 2008ish financial crisis. COVID had a major impact on society so it makes sense it was used quite a bit for a time but I rarely hear it now. Admittedly, that may be because I get tired of listening to all the talking heads these days, kinda turning into a "get off my lawn" kinda guy.
